I met a paranoid schizophrenic yesterday

A grandfatherly man gave me a "hello" and said few things to me in English as I was at the post office a couple of weeks ago.
He was walking with a cane and looked a bit beaten down.
He knew some English, so I gave him English Gospel material -- and Korean as well.
Contact #s for both myself and my wife were on the info.
He called my wife and so we met him yesterday.
It turns out he was at the post office in my city that day, but he actually lives about an hour away.
He's somewhat of a gimp, but he came that far to see us and said that he was very excited about the meeting.
But he's a schizoid man.
He has a lot of little scars and marks on his arms and legs, and I assumed they were from hospital work -- IVs, etc.
But he said the scars and marks are there because secret people are shooting him with lasers.
Like he'll be out walking somewhere and someone will start shooting him.
And large vehicles sometimes come by -- where people are monitoring him and watching him.
He can see that the vehicles are following him.
He says he learned some important government secrets and made a mistake of talking about some of them online.
So he steers clear of the interweb these days, just so he isn't tempted to spill some beans he should not spill.
He knows things.
And big people don't want him talking.
So he sometimes gets lasered, or stalked, etc.
And the big people didn't even want him to meet with my wife and I.
So the night before he met us, someone was holding him down and choking him in his bed at night.
Thought he was going to die.
But he did survive that.
Bottom line: He didn't want to come out of his problem when he met us.
He will probably call my wife again...
