-Stanford escapes on a time expiring missed FG
-Michigan escapes after Minnesota's coaching staff goes braindead on the final two plays
-Notre Dame has incredible TD drive and clutch defense to overcome Temple, although I'm still scratching my head on what the Owls safety was doing on that TD catch. It looked like he had a play on the ball.
UofH is playing good football right now. That is all.

beating vanderbilt is beating vanderbilt, but i give UH credit.....Coogs are keeping it going after Briles and Sumlin.
UCLA had a good shot to lose to Colorado, too....they were losing in the 4th quarter in LA and needed a 90 yard INT return early for the final margin.
i would like to give ESPN my "what is totally wrong with sports and everything" award for posting a highlight package of the CU-UCLA game in which none of CU's 31 points are shown. not even one token TD, "and the Buffs made it close....". 500 yards of total O doesn't deserve a highlight.

Blake O'Neill can catch a snap...when he doesn't have 11 dudes on top of him.
The 1st and goal call was stunning...the amount of shifting with a running clock and the Gophers still had a timeout. I don't think the goal line run was stupid...just not do it as the last play of the game when a FG could've gotten them to OT. With Rudock out...why wouldn't they take their chances with overtime? They played a strong game up until those final two plays.

Michigan was offside on that last play, but it's hard to feel bad for the Goofers after that stunning level of horrific coaching and execution.

It's too bad Herman will bolt with the 1st shiny contract from one of the big boys....Go Coogs' wrote: UofH is playing good football right now. That is all.

While the Fighting Leaches are much improved this year, it's still the team that brought the phrase "Coug(ing) it" to the modern vernacular.Go Coogs' wrote:-Stanford escapes on a time expiring missed FG
