Re: Your 11/29 top 10
Mgo has the projected bracket right...
I'm satisfied with how things played out this weekend. The Irish get eliminated and the right team won the Big XII. The Sooners were the better team to end the season.
MSU is closing strong and I like their chances if they beat Iowa. Iowa would be a worthy #4 seed if they win next Saturday.
Clemson will have a little trouble with North Carolina but they'll get by. Alabama should lay waste to Florida.
I'm excited about the potential playoff. I think 4-teams is enough for this year.

Agree with Mgo's bracket if all hold serve this Saturday. However, calling my shot if...

I'd have a difficult time putting UNC in if they beat Clemson. 2 wins over FCS opponents and a bad loss to South Carolina are too much to overlook.

Which could be exactly what we need.88 wrote:You would screw two one-loss ACC teams and the Pac12 champion to put in two one-loss Big10 teams? I can't see it. Too much money involved. It would start a revolution.
But I agree. If NC wins, they will be in. I wouldn't be surprised to see them at 7 tonight, to make it more palatable.
And wasn't their 2 FCS games a result of other teams backing out at the last minute?
