Your logic is flawed. Cam Cleeland is now on the local sports station, and says the Patriots gave him used jocks and socks when he got there. I think they've won a couple of playoff games this century.

If true shame on the player for going to a club the night before a game. There are 16 regular season games. Can’t stay out of the clubs for 16 nights?

Ever heard of Max McGee? It happens and smart teams know how to handle it.

Nope. No clue who he is. But I am guessing he didn’t play while I have been on this earth. If he did then he is prolly an outlier.

However, being around pro sports for almost a decade now, you learn a lot. Yes these guys go hard at times, but not the night before a game. If a player can’t stay out of a club the night before a game, dude likely needs rehab.

As for the Bengals not getting a hotel at home the night before a home game, Jr Colleges are asking WTF?
