I read the key factual findings. I believe it can best be summed up like this:

I think 3 games is a punishment that fits the 'crime' but Urban is a huge douche for a) originally lying to the media about his knowledge of this and b) doubling down on said lie after the investigation by going to the "I do not recall" card. Weeeeeaaaaaakkkkk fucking sauce. Just own it and be done with. He'll lose a lot of respect from people for the pussy-esque way he handled this, but as long as he keeps winning, I guess that won't matter.

Lots of fluff in that report, but the part about Urban taking meds and that being a potential contributing factor in the Media Days statement is laughable. They also double down and say he has had memory issues with “other things” where he has have extensive knowledge. So his not coming clean previously has now been painted as a defense here. Amazing.
