We went back to Utah in October, visited Canyonlands & Arches National Parks, along with Dead Horse Point State Park.
All were outstanding to hike and none were very crowded that time of year.
Canyonlands....
Arches....
If you ever get to Arches, you must get a pass for the Fiery Furnace. They only give out 54 passes a day by pre-registration and you have to sit through a safety meeting, but it is so worth it.
Dead Horse SP boarders Canyonlands....

I~70 thru Glenwood Canyon and then passing Beaver Creek, Vail, Copper Mountain, Loveland and views of others further off the interstate.schmick wrote: ↑Mon Apr 18, 2022 7:35 pm and a bit of the drive through Colorado where you're up in the mountains, going through ski resorts but in the middle of summer so it's just rivers and trees there's a few spots where the different directions of the freeway are on bridges at different levels of the mountains and you're going through tunnels and driving along rivers, it's almost like a fantasy drive from a Pixar movie. I'll have to do it without the looming deadlines of softball tournaments or a teenaged girl in back complaining about wifi dead zones some time
Exactly why we purchased a place up here.
Oh and Rack the PET.

Hey schmick, have you heard about my softball training camps for girls? I think your niece would fit right in, we specialize in 15 to 17.
You can check my references over at .net. A lot of those guys have sent their future stars to me for special training. Phoenix Rob is a good one. His girl is awesome, give us s chance to show her the ropes. $500 discount if you mention .com or t1b.
And we are not slobbering pervs.
