"Insurrection" videos
Would like to hear from the lawyers here about the fact that crazy viking shamin fukker's lawyers did not have access to video that makes him look more a simple tresspasser than a blood thirsty violent insurrectionist.
This was a horrible violation of his rights.
He was guilty of tresspassing and questionable wardrobe choices. Every inch of that place was videotaped and I have yet to see him do anything remotely violent.
Were these lefties, Queerland would already be in here screaming about it.
Whoever is responsible for withholding this needs to go to jail for a long time.

As for the dems campaign to shut down Tucker, good luck. You can't hide this shit any more.
McCarthy should make every second of this tape public record.

Naziholic, everyone who entered the Senate chamber got years in prison. QAnon Shaman included. He was also one of the first in the Capitol. Why do you continue to make excuses for traitors? You are a POS.smackaholic wrote: ↑Thu Mar 09, 2023 1:57 am Would like to hear from the lawyers here about the fact that crazy viking shamin fukker's lawyers did not have access to video that makes him look more a simple tresspasser than a blood thirsty violent insurrectionist.

How do we know this is a Brady violation other than Tucker’s mouthpiece Naziaholic saying so?
As for the tapes: Your honor I was super nice after I broke into those peoples house. How could I be guilty?

Re: "Insurrection" videos
The capitol police were literally acting as tour guides for Buffalo Man. They could have easily handcuffed him and escorted him out at any time. And why would the DNC kangaroo court not only hide this evidence, but now become quickly reduced to bleating and squealing about ...well what? They can't deny the plain and clear security camera footage. So what's their supposed complaint at all?

He is guilty of trespassing. If they have footage showing him busting windows or doors or assaulting the Capitol police, then produce them.

His behavior inside is irrelevant. You know this as a lawyer (allegedly).
The video is exculpatory evidence and the prosecution was required to hand it over. Shamon dude's lawyer says this is the first he has seen of it. This was a Kangaroo court.

Cuck's video does not comprehensively show the actions of Mr. Shaman on that day.
In pleading guilty to felony obstruction, Mr. Shaman AGREED that if his case were to go to trial, the government would prove the following facts beyond a reasonable doubt...
Chansley entered the Capitol through a door other rioters had broken open. He was among the first 30 rioters inside the building.
Chansley and other rioters went to the second floor of the Senate side of the building and "were met by a line of U.S. Capitol Police officers, instructing them to peacefully leave the building." Chansley challenged U.S. Capitol Police Officer Keith Robishaw "to let them pass." Chansley ultimately used "his bullhorn to rile up the crowd and demand that lawmakers be brought out."
Chansley went to the third floor, entered the Senate Gallery and "proceeded to scream obscenities in the Gallery," as other rioters entered the Senate chamber below.
Chansley next tried to gain entry to the Senate floor and again encountered Robishaw, "who once again asked him to leave the building." Chansley said others were on the Senate floor and he was going to join them; the officer followed him.
Chansley climbed the Senate dais and sat in then-Vice President Mike Pence’s seat, taking pictures of himself. Despite repeated requests from Robishaw, Chansley refused to vacate the seat. "Mike Pence is a f- - -ing traitor," he said.
Just after 3 p.m., "other law enforcement officers arrived to support (Robishaw) and cleared the defendant and other rioters from the chamber."

Pure bottom bitch faggotry from the bottemest of them all.
There's no explanation by Bottom Bitch (his new nic) that Buffalo Man was in any way threatening to anyone. The capitol officers are clearly seen on extensive and thorough video record has ASSISTING Buffalo Man in his tour of the senate chamber--even going as far as to attempt to open locked doors for him.
And does Bottom Bitch have any explanation for this obvious set up trickery? Of course not. It would just as soon explain why a compass works on a "flat earth," or why it somehow isn't possible to find the edge of this "flat earth."
Buffalo Man and all the others should be released immediately--and you can be damn sure a thousand lawsuits are on the way.

He didn't.
Yes, he plead guilty, because at that time, the selected video and narrative ensured he'd go up the river much longer if he went to a (witch) trial. Had he had the evidence he was due, that would have changed things.
Pelosi selectively released video that put him in a bad light.
They used selective video to paint the "rioters" as violent.
There was undoubtedly violence that deserves punishment. Anyone who broke a window/door/barricade deserves severe punishment. Anyone who wandered in afterwards should be treated as trespassing dumbfukks.
Yeah, some yelled and dressed like idiots, but we have yet to see videotape of them burning shit, attacking police, etc. We do have videotape of them acting like idiots. But being an idiot does not equal violent insurection.

But the video isn't exculpatory evidence, and no appellate court is going to overturn the shaman's convictions.

Felony obstruction.
Putting trust in Cuck Carlson is nearly as stupid as putting trust in Don Dump.

He didn't.
Yes, he plead guilty, because at that time, the selected video and narrative ensured he'd go up the river much longer if he went to a (witch) trial. Had he had the evidence he was due, that would have changed things.
If it could be shown that Mr. Shaman's attorney was denied video that he was entitled to, and such video would likely have resulted in a different outcome for Mr. Shaman, then yes, I would have a problem with that.
McCarthy needs to open new hearings with both sides represented.

It certainly is excalpatory. It shows him being cooperative and even complimentary of the police.Diego in Seattle wrote:Same here.Softball Bat wrote: ↑Thu Mar 09, 2023 3:08 pmI want a fair trial for everyone.smackaholic wrote: ↑Thu Mar 09, 2023 1:52 pm Let's say everything you say is true. But the video isn't exculpatory evidence, and no appellate court is going to overturn the shaman's convictions.
He was undoubtedly guilty of something that day, mostly being a dumb fukk. But he was far from being a violent insurrectionist.

Please explain how the video was "excalpatory" (moron) to each charge he was convicted of.smackaholic wrote: ↑Thu Mar 09, 2023 7:06 pmIt certainly is excalpatory. Re: "Insurrection" videos
The circumstance of the trial were affected greatly by evidence being withheld.
He plead to lesser charges to avoid going to trial for more serious charges.
Had he had this evidence that he was constitutionally entitled to, he may have took his chances with a jury.
The bottom line here is that his rights were violated. And any after the fact “it wouldn’t matter anyway” argument is bullshit.
Got any other weak shit arguments?

“The cops helped him” is not the flex they think it is. The cops clearly stated they were out manned and were in “de-escalation” mode. They literally handcuffed people, decided there were too many people to arrest and un cuffed them so they could try and talk people into leaving. You are a fucking traitor Naziaholic.

Still waiting to hear Chip’s take.
Not surprised that he’s ducking it, if that is in fact what he’s doing.
