Kordella to the rescue? again?

Post by Dumbass »

yea, let's try that option again.

Tremendous upside, this kid here, Al.

He's gota little Boller and a little Wright, he adds that kind of depth you remember from Pop Warner.

Its such a shame what happened to Kordell. Dude was great as slash. He just should have stayed that type of player. he was electrifying his forst 2 seasons in the league. He was like Randle-El is today. Mostly a 3rd receiver but eh can run reverses and run the draw and even throw when needed. I dont know what made any OFF coach think that guy had the arm or the brain to play QB in the NFL.

Boller is a coaching/management ego thing.

I think you would have a hard time making an objective case that Wright is truly worse than Boller.
Only because there is not enough data on Wright. That might change very soon.

He was never the same after Denver beat them in the AFC Championship Game. I can still see Romo running at Stewart and pointing to his head after another Kordell INT.

No, they got in in spite of Wright. That he's been unable to beat out Boller and Quincy Carter for a job should tell you something.

And Shawn King still sits teamless. Not that he's any better then the others mentioned but you would think his name would get some mention. :?

concur with both above. El is a better player, though...faster, better head on his shoulders, no weeping and wailing, no evil mini-twin growing on his jawline, etc.

What sucks the worst for the Ravens is that their D is so good, they're not gonna be a shitty enough team to be in the Leinart sweepstakes.

Don't get me excited, skull. I don't wanna start hoping for losses but damn that would be outstanding to see Matt taking snaps in B-More, going toe to toe with Carson for a few years.
