It seems that there is no public appetite to build another public stadium, after building a football and a baseball stadium the city is broke. There are cutbacks on alot of public services and lets face it...it is a football town first.

I won't deny that they are playing well as a unit but Alfredsson, Heatley and Spezza are all in the top 8 in scoring. You can't name a more lethal line than that right now. Don't forget they get very limited ice time late in games due to some of the high scores...they could actually have more point...
