Diego, if m0ds are "fact checking" in real time, it opens up a completely unmanageable can of worms.

it is not possible to fact check live because there can too much nuance and context involved in what a candidate might be saying.

If a candidate is lying and bullshitting on stage, it is up to the opponent to call it out -- and then it is up to the viewer to make his own determination as to what is happening.

The job of the m0d is to ask questions and then referee the proceedings to make sure the debate stays on track according to the predetermined rules.

The one thing Dems screwed up was not training Walz for the gravity of the situation. To create nationwide pregnancy registries to track women and where they travel for their health care.
