It means that the states are free to have their own armed militias. Which they do. The states also have the right to regulate that militia as they so choose. Some of those rules might entail telling citizens they can't have certain types of weapons when not specifically training with the state militia in question.

Your right..I don't know for sure exactly how I would react. I do know how my training and ongoing training and practice should make me react and hope that would hold true. Having the proper mind set, situational awareness, threat analysis will all play a big role. I do a lot more of this training than the average CCW carrier, because it is a hobby and I enjoy it. I will not be a victim, nor will I allow anybody with me to be a victim.
